1 ripe avocado, peeled
1.5 glasses of fresh milk
2 tbsp of palm sugar melted with 2 tbsp of water
A pinch of salt

  • Melt 2 tbsp of palm sugar with 2 tbsp of water
  • Blend all ingredients
  • Pour the creamy avocado juice into 2 glasses of water.
  • Enjoy!

  • Avocado, 3 pieces medium-size
  • Sweetened condensed milk chocolate
  • Ice cubes crushed
  • Sugar
  • Water cooking


  1. Sugar Water: Boil water until boiling, put the sugar, boil again and cook until sugar dissolves.
  2. Cut two avocados, discard the seeds and scrape the avocado flesh. Enter the avocado in a blender, add shaved ice and sugar water, a blender until smooth.
  3. Prepare the serving glasses, rub sweet condensed milk on the inside wall of cup, pour juice avocado.
  4. Serve avocado juice.
