I call this recipe the ultimate antioxidant boost too! This recipe has boat loads of antioxidants thanks to the fantastic combination of blackberries, raspberries and ginger. The beauty about this recipe is that its ingredients can be easily found and anyone can make it!

Ingredients

¼ knob of ginger

1 pint black berries and raspberries

½ lemon

Instructions: To juice this recipe, get all the ingredients and put it in your juicer. Juice the lemon by hand unless you want to remove the skin first before throwing it in. Now juice and serve. This recipe is sufficient for one cup.

Easy Juicing Recipe #2.       Mango and Carrot Juice

This recipe is for those who need to stay focus through the day and helps you steer clear of feeling anxious in whatever you do apart from being high in vitamin A and C. This is also another insanely easy juice to make in your kitchen. It does taste sweet but in a good way. So here goes…

Ingredients

3 medium carrots or 2 large carrots

1 mango, pitted and peeled

Instructions: Juice the carrots and mangoes in a juicer and serve! Yup that easy.

For those who need something sweet to balance out the sour taste of cranberry, this is the perfect juice for you. Cranberries are also great for preventing urinary tract infections. Otherwise, this cranberry apple combination will delight your palate!

2 red apples, cored

I have no idea why they call this a “Bloody Mary” and not a “Bloody Jane” for example but what I do know is that this is a great juicing recipe for those with a blocked nose. I am sure everyone has experienced that annoying feeling of feeling “stuffed” when trying to breathe through your nasal passages and it just annoys you when it prevents you from sleeping! This recipe incorporates tomatoes which is known for its antioxidants, carotene and a whole lot of other phytochemicals while radish on the other hands is high in Vitamin C, iron and magnesium which helps in digestion, sinus issues and skin health.

4 radishes, greens removed

2 tomatoes

Instructions: Juice the radish and tomatoes and finish it!

Have you ever made a juice out of pomegranate? Well this is one that you can easily make as long as you have a pomegranate, some oranges and a juicer.

1 pomegranate fruit

2 small oranges
